Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAS Viya Architect to join our BFSI practice. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in designing, implementing, and managing SAS Viya environments, including SAS upgrades and migrations. The role requires a strong background in SAS Al / Client modelling,particularly within SAS Enterprise Guide, to lead advanced analytics initiatives.The Lead should also have a minimum Banking experience of 5 years and have experience Financial Risk modelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecting and Implementing SAS Viya :
• Design and deploy robust SAS Viya architectures to meet the organization's analytical needs.
• Lead the migration and upgrade processes from legacy SAS environments to SAS Viya, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration of SAS Viya with cloud and on-premises environments.
• Optimize performance and scalability of SAS Viya deployments.
• Plan and execute upgrades of existing SAS environments, including migration from SAS 9.x to SAS Viya.
• Develop and implement strategies for data migration, ensuring smooth transitions with no loss of functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during upgrades and migrations.
• Develop and deploy Al / Client models using SAS Viya and SAS Enterprise Guide to support business decision-making.
• Work closely with data scientists and analysts to build predictive models and machine learning solutions.
• Implement and monitor models to ensure they perform optimally in production environments.
• Provide advanced support and guidance in the use of SAS Enterprise Guide for data management, analysis, and reporting.
• Train and mentor junior staff in the use of SAS Enterprise Guide and its integration with SAS Viya.
• Collaboration and Leadership :
• Act as the primary point of contact for all SAS-related projects, liaising with cross-functional teams, including IT, data science, and business units.
• Lead a team of SAS professionals, providing technical guidance and ensuring best practices in SAS development and deployment.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAS technologies and share knowledge with the team.
