Responsibilities :

Our client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with a strong background in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to work in big company in the financial / banking industry. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions including optimizing ServiceNow GRC implementations and ensuring compliance with client and industry standards and regulations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions that align with the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Study, analyze and understand the current ServiceNow system and its complexity.
• Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including risk management, policy and compliance management, audit management, and related modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to develop customized solutions that meet the organization's compliance needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document processes, workflows, and procedures.
• Configure, customize, and develop ServiceNow applications and modules to address specific GRC requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow development teams.
• Develop and maintain best practices and standards for implementations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, process flows, and configuration guides.
