Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner.
- Assist servers by ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete before delivery.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to facilitate smooth operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly.
- Support catering events by assisting with setup, service, and breakdown as required.
- Ensure adherence to food handling and safety standards at all times.
Skills
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is MANDATORY.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is an asset.
