We act courageously and are uniquely positioned to be a source of stability in a world of evolving healthcare needs.Viatris empowers people worldwide to live healthier at every stage of life.We do so via : Access - Providing high quality trusted medicines regardless of geography or circumstance;Leadership - Advancing sustainable operations and innovative solutions to improve patient health; andPartnership - Leveraging our collective expertise to connect people to products and services.Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here's how the Intern, Employee Experience, Engagement and Wellbeing role will make an impact : Key responsibilities for this role include : The Employee Experience, Engagement and Wellbeing intern will play a critical role supporting initiatives aimed to drive engagement, support retention, and foster a positive workplace culture.In addition, the role will plan, organize, and develop key activities for quarterly engagement days and wellbeing week, applicable for all Viatris colleagues, including researching vendors, workshops, speakers, and virtual events.Develop engaging and informative communications and toolkits to promote employee engagement initiatives across the organization globally.Support day to day coordination of Employee Experience programs such as appreciation and recognition programs, engagement activities, and wellness programs.Help develop strategies around global company encouragement and recognition programs including potential vendor analysis.Create presentation decks, and various materials as needed.The minimum qualifications for this role are : The successful candidate will have preferably completed a minimum of their junior year and be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in a human resources degree program (i.e., or a related field of study).
