Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates on vehicle repairs and addressing any inquiries.
- Take in new customers and schedule repair appointments.
- Provide accurate repair estimates and work with technicians to ensure efficient and timely repairs.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service history, and repair progress.
- Foster a positive relationship with customers by offering excellent service and timely communication.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and provide support when needed.
- Stay current with industry knowledge and repair best practices.
- Work towards company goals in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- Previous experience in the diesel repair industry is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with diesel truck repairs is highly advantageous.
- Strong customer service experience, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and keep them informed.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and contribute to company growth.
- Reliable, hard-working, and willing to learn.
