What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing on-site diesel repair and diagnostics at fleet customer locations
- Taking full ownership of each job: locating parts, writing estimates, and completing repairs independently
- Upholding our high company standards to ensure repairs are done right—the first time
- Using up-to-date equipment and a fully outfitted service truck to get units back on the road fast
- Being the face of our company in the field and representing our “Myles Standard” of excellence
What We’re Looking For
- Strong background in diesel repair, troubleshooting, and diagnostics
- A self-sufficient, motivated work ethic—you’ll be trusted to manage your own jobs
- Comfort working independently and confidently handling customer interactions
- A hard-working attitude and drive to grow within the company
- Experience with road service or field work is a major plus
