Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. As a Sales Representative at Mylestone Home, you will play a key role in introducing our product to homebuilders and developers, helping them to understand how our service can enhance their business and improve their sales. You will be responsible for developing and nurturing client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Outreach: Identify and engage new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, social media, networking, in person on site meetings, etc. Focus on generating leads from homebuilders and developers.
Product Demos & Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and walkthroughs to show potential customers how our platform works and the unique value it offers.
Relationship Building: Establish long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through personalized follow-up and exceptional service.
Lead Management & CRM: Maintain an up-to-date CRM database, manage lead pipelines, track interactions, and follow up on opportunities to ensure no lead goes cold.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs, reporting on progress regularly.

Qualifications:
- Proven track record of experience in sales or business development, preferably within real estate or property technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach.
