About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Client Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met throughout the ordering process.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to voicemails promptly and professionally.
- Communicate effectively with clients via email, both internally and externally.
- Process and enter client orders into our internal database.
- Develop deep expertise in our product portfolio.
- Review client-provided files, answer questions about our processes, and provide quotes.
- Follow up with clients throughout the ordering process to ensure a smooth experience.
- Develop a strong understanding of the needs and preferences of both retail and wholesale customers.
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Participate in daily and weekly meetings, contributing your ideas and insights.
- Track and measure your performance metrics and strive for continuous improvement.
- Assist with various tasks as needed, such as shipping and invoicing, inventory management, or content creation for marketing purposes.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in customer service
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Bonus Points:
- Familiarity with project management tools like Slack, Asana, or Airtable
- Experience with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo
- Writing skills and experience with content creation (blogging, marketing)

Benefits:
- Pay starts at $25- $28 per hour. Initial 90-day probationary period, after which raises are based on performance.
- Full Time 8:30 am – 5 pm (Monday through Friday)
- 80 Hours Paid Time Off per year: This starts to accrue after completing 90 days.
- Paid Major Holidays: For seven federal holidays that fall on weekdays.
