**Job Overview**
The Early Intervention Administrator is responsible for supporting the Early Interventionists through administrative operations. This is a full-time position based in Fargo, ND.
**Job Duties:**
- Manage book-keeping and other administrative processes for early intervention services including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Submit claims for reimbursement
- Research and resolve denied claims
- Field calls, emails, faxes and other inquiries and refer to appropriate parties
- Maintaining accurate client records and documentation according to program guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Tracking program data and generating reports for stakeholders.
- Assessing and implementing processes and systems to create efficiencies and ensure compliance
- Communicating effectively with therapists, specialists, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
**Required Knowledge and Skills**

- Proficiency with computer systems

- Knowledge of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)

- Understanding of or the ability to develop understanding of early intervention program requirements
**Education and Experience**
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience required
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Previous experience working in an early intervention or pediatric healthcare setting is preferred
- Previous experience working in a non-profit organization and/or with government entities preferred
