Location: Bay Area (Gilroy to Napa)

Job Type: Part-Time (3 days a week), with the potential to transition to Full-Time

Hourly Range: $31-$40/hr Commission

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Account Manager to drive the growth of our innovative neurotherapy program in the Bay Area. In this role, you'll be responsible for expanding our services within skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), building relationships with new and existing clients, and providing education about the benefits of our program. You will also support the onboarding process for new facilities and providers, ensuring smooth integration and high satisfaction levels. This position offers the opportunity to work independently while making a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Expansion: Develop strategies to promote neurotherapy within the SNF market and target new clients.
• Client Acquisition: Conduct presentations to demonstrate the value of our program and secure new contracts with facilities.
• Onboarding & Support: Oversee the onboarding process for new facilities and providers, ensuring a seamless transition and ongoing support.
• Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, proactively addressing any concerns.
• Educational Outreach: Provide training and support to facility staff on the benefits of neurotherapy for residents.
• Issue Resolution: Identify potential issues early and resolve them before they escalate.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Experience in Account management, preferably in healthcare or medical services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
• Willingness to travel within the region (mileage reimbursement provided)

Salary : $31 - $40
