Location: Stockton, CA (Will float between 2 facilities)
Salary Range: $135,000 - $150,000 Bonuses
Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm Flex scheduling after 90 days

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Patient Care: Independently see up to 10 patients per day, providing Neurofeedback therapy to support their mental and cognitive health.
- Collaboration: Build strong relationships with key staff members, including Administrators, Directors of Nursing, and Social Workers. Monthly meetings to provide updates on patient progress and therapy outcomes.
- Education & Advocacy: Educate families and staff about the benefits of Neurofeedback therapy, and be a champion for this innovative treatment approach.
- Autonomy & Support: While you’ll work independently, you’ll always have the backing of a dedicated team, ensuring you have the resources and guidance you need to succeed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral prepared Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
- Board-certified and licensed in your respective state (AANP, ANCC, or Physician Assistant Board).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with patients, families, and team members effectively.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and EMRs.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work efficiently in a dynamic healthcare setting.
