Position Summary
Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator is responsible for building a leads pipeline, tasked with marketing the practice, helping patients understand different treatment options and the financial part of them, and strategically following up with patients for treatment acceptance. Treatment Coordinator will also be responsible for in person visits to dental practices for introduction, scheduling follow up meetings, and representing the company.
What You’ll Do

What You’ll Do
- Identify and develop relationships with local industry reps, consultants, and dentists to generate leads
- Prospecting and initiating the first contact with potential patients
- Daily case presentations as well as reviewing pre-determinations with patients
- Present and attend sales and marketing functions such as seminars, luncheons, dinners, sponsored events, webinars,
- Engage in sales & marketing team activities and tasks relating to growth experimentation
- Crush sales goals

Salary: Competitive Salary based on Experience, Range $18/hr-$25/hr with bonus opportunities
