South Shore Orthodontics is adding a treatment coordinator to the team! Treatment Coordinators facilitate a great patient experience by building strong relationships between the patient and the practice to ensure office productivity and retention of patients. Treatment coordinators ensure patients leave well informed and prepared for their next appointment. This position will be for the Hanover and Weymouth.
Duties & Responsibilities
Communicate treatment options and prepare financial and insurance arrangements with patients
Ensure a smooth and seamless patient experience
Assist with financial arrangements and coordination of appointments
Manage consultation reports and progress
Work with clinical team to effectively manage daily patient flow
Adhere to confidentiality, state, federal, and HIPAA laws and guidelines with regards to patient’s records.
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Flexible and willing to perform duties of others in their absence.
Attention to detail and familiarity with orthodontic software programs- particularly Cloud9.
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
Taking impressions and digital scans. ITero or similar scanner proficiency preferred.
Actively participate as a contributing member of the office staff team to achieve patient satisfaction and office production goals
Education & Experience
Previous experience in an orthodontic or healthcare setting
Certified to take radiographs(typically DANB RHS)
High School Diploma or GED required
