This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your creative skills and contribute to the growth and success of our brand!ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop visually engaging designs for various marketing materials, including social media posts, YouTube, thumbnails, letters, brochures, flyers, merchandise, email templates, blogs, landing pages, PowerPoint presentations, e-books, and PDF giveaways
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms
Provide creative input and direction for projects from concept to completion
Work closely with copywriters and content creators to develop cohesive and engaging visuals that effectively convey the desired message
Stay current with design trends, techniques, and tools to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual content
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs
Review and revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders
Maintain organized design files and archives for easy retrieval and updating
RequirementsEducation in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing for various platforms and media types, including digital, print, and social media
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other graphic design tools
Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented and committed to producing high-quality work
Experience with web design
