As the Manager of Strategy and Execution, you’ll be at the heart of our growth, innovation, and strategic decision-making. Working closely with our Vice President of Strategy and Execution, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams, you’ll help design and implement initiatives that expand our impact and strengthen our capabilities. From evaluating new market opportunities to building strategic partnerships and developing playbooks for success, you’ll play a key role in driving our mission forward.

\n- Collaborate on Strategic Vision: Partner with senior leadership and functional teams to develop and refine our capability development strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with our mission and growth goals.
- Build and Innovate: Bring a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset to designing and building new capabilities, processes, and playbooks that strengthen our operations across multiple functions.
- Drive Market Expansion: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to evaluate new geographic opportunities, assess demand for PACE services, understand the competitive landscape, and navigate regulatory considerations.
- Develop High-Impact Partnerships: Play a critical role in evaluating and designing new business partnerships and adjacent service lines, developing business cases that outline financial, operational, and resource implications.
- Support Growth Initiatives: Assist in due diligence and strategic analysis to support our inorganic growth efforts, helping us expand and evolve thoughtfully.
- Lead Execution of Partnerships: Work directly with external partners and internal teams to bring partnerships to life, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with our broader strategy.
- Create High-Quality Presentations: Develop engaging materials and presentations for both internal stakeholders and external partners to communicate key insights and recommendations.
- Manage Cross-Functional Projects: Lead complex initiatives by tracking progress, performance, KPIs, risks, and key learnings, ensuring our teams stay aligned and drive meaningful impact.
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Engage with team leaders across the organization to support execution of strategic initiatives, offering insights and solutions to help them succeed.
- Leverage Data to Inform Decisions: Conduct research, analyze unstructured data, and distill key insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Evaluate and Select Vendors: Lead the selection and evaluation of external partners, vendors, and service providers, ensuring they align with our goals and deliver value.
- Think Creatively & Solve Problems: Use sound judgment and a solutions-oriented approach to proactively identify challenges and develop creative, effective solutions.

- Bring relevant experience. You have 4-7 years of experience in management consulting, healthcare startups, corporate development, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity—or a similar fast-paced, analytical role.
- Have a strong academic foundation. You hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., business, economics, healthcare management, public policy), with an MBA preferred.
- Are mission-driven. You’re deeply committed to serving high-risk seniors and frail older adults and believe in the power of integrated, value-based care to improve lives.
- Thrive in ambiguity. You get excited by “zero to one” environments and enjoy building and launching initiatives from the ground up, even when the path isn’t fully defined.
- Have a strong grasp of healthcare models. You understand Medicare, Medicaid, and capitated, integrated care delivery models and how they shape the healthcare landscape.
- Are a natural problem-solver. You excel at breaking down complex, ambiguous challenges, structuring solutions logically, and distilling the most critical insights for different audiences.
- Can turn data into action. You’re skilled at analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, and translating findings into meaningful strategic recommendations.
- Communicate with impact. You have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills, adapting your message effectively for different stakeholders.
- Are tech-savvy. You’re proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and use them effectively to communicate insights and recommendations.

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
