Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional residential service plumbing to customers, ensuring quality and professionalism.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including water heaters, water filtration systems, and pipe replacements.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with local codes and company standards.
• Ensure jobs are completed on time and meet or exceed client expectations.
• Educate customers on preventative maintenance and plumbing system upgrades.
• Perform regular inspections to identify and repair issues before they become major problems.
• Manage and maintain company-provided tools and equipment.
• Accurately record service calls, labor hours, and materials used for each job.
• Mentor and train apprentices, helping them grow into high-performance team members.
• Follow and contribute to company safety policies and procedures.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Journeyman Plumber with a minimum of 2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing.
• Proven track record of excellent customer service and problem-solving.
• Ability to manage your time and resources effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong commitment to continuous improvement and desire to be the best in the industry.
