MyPoint is seeking a Part Time 25 hours Contact Center Specialist for our Kearny Mesa office. The position will assist members by phone and mail in ALL areas of credit union services. Process transactions, ACH, inquiries, stop payments and cross sell ALL services. Quote rates, discuss loan programs and rates, research problems, handle wire transactions and handle all incoming calls in a timely manner. Discuss with nonmembers membership eligibility and offer services in an effort to acquire a new account.
The ideal candidate must have prior banking / credit union experience. Must be able to work under pressure and independently. Must possess excellent verbal and written skills and have the ability to handle difficult incoming call situations. Bilingual (English / Spanish) candidates are highly preferred. Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime, including some Saturdays.
Salary : $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
