Job Title: Telephone Salesperson/Scheduling Coordinators
Reports to: Managers, Sales Operations
Supervises: N/A
Position Summary:
The Scheduling Coordinator will place outbound calls to medical practices to schedule appointments for our outside sales staff. Your role will involve using our sales pitch to effectively communicate the value and benefits of our merchant services.
Key Performance Areas & Key Performance Indicators:
Outbound Call Volume (45%):
- Place roughly 75 outbound calls per day to medical, dental, and specialty healthcare practices to schedule appointments for local outside sales representatives
Appointment Scheduling (35%):
- Partner with assigned sales representatives to intelligently schedule meetings within their weekly calendar, allowing for effective time management
Sales Support (20%)
- Demonstrate ability to articulate our value proposition and overcome objections

Experience:
- Previous experience in a Sales related environment
- Commission minded individuals
