About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Agility Tool Administrator with strong expertise in PowerApps development to join our team. In this critical technical role, you will manage and optimize the Agility tool, support system upgrades, and integrate data with PowerApps to deliver advanced reporting solutions. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive system enhancements that align with our Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the Agility project management tool infrastructure as an Administrator.
- Export data from Agility to PowerApps for analysis and reporting.
- Build and maintain custom Agility reports to support project tracking.
- Conduct regular Agility tool upgrades and ensure system integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide administrative and technical support.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Lead initiatives to integrate AI-driven solutions for enhanced system efficiency.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance and performance.
- Mentor junior IT staff and provide guidance on best practices.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems and processes.
- Actively participate in Agile project management to support IT infrastructure projects.
- Research and adopt emerging technologies to improve system operations and performance.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. (A Master’s or Doctorate degree may substitute for experience.)
- 8 years of professional experience, including:
- Experience as an Agility Tool Admin.
- Expertise in Microsoft PowerApps and SharePoint development.
- 5 years of experience working on Agile development teams.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Java APIs.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (contract requirement).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe, Scrum Master) are highly desirable.
- Experience with modern development tools and methodologies, such as Jenkins, Splunk, Git/BitBucket, Jira/VersionOne, Nexus, Maven, OpenShift, XML/XSLT.
- Experience working in Linux environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders.

Pay: $85.00 - $95.00 per hour
