- Generate and secure new sales to increase profitability
- Maintain existing accounts and promote our products
- Provide customers with necessary products, information, and support
- Prepare and communicate price quotations, terms of sales, delivery dates, and service obligations
- Resolve customer complaints and problems
- Assist in the collection of accounts receivable
- C coordinate project schedules, contractor schedules, and material deliveries
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3 years of sales experience in building materials or a related industry
- A working knowledge of the building materials industry and products
- The ability to negotiate prices and contractual agreements
- Estimating skills from blueprints
- Able to use calculator and computer
