Business Development Culture Representative JOB DESCRIPTION BDC Service Representatives will be responsible for handling all incoming phone calls and service internet leads, as well as confirming service appointments and performing long-term follow-up on all previous customers. BDC Representatives will strive to generate repeat business by reaching out to current customers and ensuring complete satisfaction in ownership, as well as in marketing efforts by accurately obtaining and logging customer sources. Position is very fast paced. Service knowledge is a plus. Job Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email or in person) Manage service leads, respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions on available appointment times. Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business. Schedule appointments based on the customer's service needs.
When required, BDC may sometimes take a vehicle through the car wash for customers.
When there is inventory, BDC is also responsible for loaning customer company vehicles, when applicable.
Base pay plus commission opportunities. Schedule is Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6pm Alternating Saturday 8:00am - 2:00 pm (off Thursday when on Saturday) Health Insurance Benefits after 60 day probation period.
