What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fan Assistance Team Member position at Myrtle Beach Pelicans?
Position Description
Work outdoors at Pelicans Ballpark. Greet and transport fans that request a wheelchair to and from their seats. Help enforce general policing of seating bowl / walking concourse for disruptive behavior. Exit greeting / exit sampling as requested.
Job Duties
Before Gates Open :
- Attend the Usher and Ticket Taker game day meeting to learn about specific events happening at the ballpark.
- Read the game day notes provided by the Front Office Staff.
- Report to your assignment immediately following the game day meeting.
- Inspect your area for standing water and notify the cleaning crew immediately if water needs to be removed.
After Gates Open :
