SCHEDULE : Part-time; 24 hours per week; 6 : 30 am - 3 : 00 pm or 9 : 30 am - 6 : 00 pm; 3 days per week (may work extra days as needed); Works every 3rd weekend as cook 5 : 30 am - 2 : 00 pm or 10 : 30 am - 7 : 00 pm; Rotates holidays
Performs a variety of food service tasks to ensure deliverance of meals / food for patients, cafeteria, Senior Life Solutions, and special meetings throughout the health system. He / she adheres to the mission of Myrtue Medical Center in all aspects of job performance.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required. Willing to attend sanitation and modified diet inservices held in conjunction with regular staff meetings. One year of food service experience is desirable, but not required. Must have a general knowledge of cooking and using kitchen machines and equipment. Must be very aware and cautious of maintaining sanitary conditions.
