What you will be doing :

  • Oversee daytoday customer interactions to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Manage customer support operations using analytical skills to improve service processes
  • Foster effective communication within the team

    • Experience you will need :

  • Strong customer satisfaction and customer service management skills
  • Proficient analytical skills
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Experience in retail or ecommerce customer service roles
  • Problemsolving skills and ability to handle difficult situations
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service tools
