Job Description
- The position allows for remote and face-to-face sales activities, offering geographical flexibility within Bridgeport, NJ , and Pennsylvania
- Engage in sales to new and existing customers, utilizing cross-selling, upselling, and repeat sales strategies.
- Identify and assess potential sales opportunities, crafting medium to long-term sales plans to enhance relationships and boost energy solution sales.
- Drive towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets through proactive sales efforts and effective relationship management.
- Develop sales proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and manage customer details in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to ensure efficient sales operations.
- Expand and maintain the customer network through regular sales calls while assessing customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
