As an Account Executive, you will use the Company's resources and your sales experience to grow and develop a book of business.
We are looking for candidates local to Charleston, SC, who can work onsite four days per week. Join our rapidly growing team!
What You'll Do :
- Work to close new business for the Company through inside and outside sales.
- Grow new and existing accounts using our processes and your customer service methods.
- Respond to client escalations to solve client issues quickly and ensure smooth operations at the origin and destination. Handle client issues that require advanced industry knowledge.
- Collaborate with your team members and external partners to ensure the success of the shipment life cycle.
- Step in to fill gaps or implement improved processes as needed.
