Job Opening: Full-Time State Director of Speech Therapy
Company: MySpot Home Health
Pay: Salary $80,000 per year
WORK HOURS :Compensation is based on Forty (40) hours a week that consist of but not limited to:
Availability to the Speech Team
Attendance for Leadership Calls/Meetings

Key Responsibilities:
Mentoring and managing SLPs, CFs, SLPAs (review all documentation, observe treatments/evaluations etc. observations are measured by licensing board regulations)
Complete all Peer to Peers with insurances
Train, Mentor, and supervise new therapists
- Attend and host meetings as required
- Facilitate, organize, and track all necessary Supervisory needs for Assistants/CFs
- Attend Leadership Meetings
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Current and active license in state of practice.
- At least two years of Pediatric experience.
- Management and leadership experience preferred.
