Local Housing Company / HVAC Technician
Pay : $19.50 / hour
Hours : Monday - Friday 8-5
Job Duties :
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, ventilation systems, and thermostats
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment
- Troubleshoot issues and make necessary repairs in a timely manner
- Ensure all HVAC systems comply with safety standards and building codes
- Perform testing to ensure systems are functioning efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed
- Collaborate with property management and other maintenance staff to address resident concerns
- Maintain inventory of tools and parts, and order supplies as needed
- Previous professional experience as an HVAC technician required
