Job description
REQUIREMENTS:
- MUST LIVE WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF ARCHER CITY
- MUST BE PROFICIENT WITH A COMPUTER, MS WORD AND EXCEL, AND BE OPEN TO LEARNING NEW SOFTWARE.
- MUST HAVE EXCELLENT GENERAL KNOWLEDGE OF DATA ENTRY, OFFICE PROCEDURES AND BOOKKEEPING EXPERIENCE.
- MUST TAKE BOTH SKILLS TEST TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.
40-hour work week (8am to 5pm Monday to Friday with an hour lunch).
We are an "all hands-on deck" office so when the phone lines are all ringing, we help each other out by answering the phones and taking care of our customers.
