Qualifications:
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently, while delivering on executive leadership expectations.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in Lean and continuous improvement (Lead Certification)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to work with, coach, motivate, and influence others.
- Change Management expertise, helping teams adapt to new processes and practices.
- Great attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Provide CORE Apprentice Certification Training to Hourly Associates.
- Lead and Facilitate CORE Engagements across the facility.
- Lead and Facilitate DAISE (Previously DIVE) problem-solving across the facility.
- Implement and execute Process Analysis (QCPC) across the facility.
- Manage the MCR (Manufacturing Change Request) Process.
- Teach and demonstrate CORE Methods through everyday practice.
- Work with the GT Manager to ensure 100% GT compliance.
- Visitor & Security Management System (VRMS).
- Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practice guidelines (CORE and Global Trade).
