Local Non-Profit Company / Financial & Data Entry Assistant
Pay : $15 / hr.
Hours : Flexibility on schedule between Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Approximately 25-30 hours a week.
Job Duties :
- Preparing financial deposits as needed, to include inputting of donation data into donor management software, filing related correspondence, and preparing mailing.
- Maintaining donor database to include updating account records, creating mailing lists and reports
- Assisting in accounts receivable process through the creation and maintenance of donor pledges
- Assist in accounts payable process through the input of invoices received into Quickbooks and the filing and mailing of prepared checks
- Preparing employee timesheets for payroll process
- Assisting in online inventory maintenance through Square
