Local Production Company / Maintenance
Pay: $17/hr
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
Job Duties:
- Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as checking fluid levels, inspecting components, and lubricating parts.
- Diagnosing and repairing clutch and brake issues, including replacing worn or damaged parts.
- Rebuilding clutches and brakes to as-new specifications, following OEM standards.
- Performing in-house strip, detailed inspection, and repair of clutches and brakes.
- Conducting on-site audits and surveys of clutch and brake assets.
- Providing technical support and guidance to customers regarding clutch and brake maintenance and repair.
- Ensuring that all repairs and rebuilds are conducted to the highest quality standards.
- Maintaining accurate records of all work performed, including inspection reports and photographic records.
- Assisting with the installation of rebuilt or replacement clutch and brake units.
- Providing advice and guidance on the scope of replacement units, if the returned part is beyond economic repair.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest clutch and brake technologies and repair techniques.
Job Requirements:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with clutch and brake systems.
- Knowledge of automotive or industrial clutch and brake systems.
- Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of clutch and brake issues.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
