Job Summary :
As a Support Tech | Customer Service, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and excellent customer service to our clients. Your primary duties will include filing, data entry, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

- File and organize documents and materials
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service

Working Conditions :
This is a full-time, office-based position. The work environment is typical of a clerical office setting, with occasional physical demands such as lifting and moving files. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM.
Compensation and Benefits :
The target pay rate for this position is $13 per hour, with a raise to $14 per hour when hired on. This is a temporary role with the potential to transition to a permanent position. Excellent benefits package offered when you become a permanent employee following probationary period.
