Key Responsibilities:
- Billing Process: Manage end-to-end billing processes
- Data Accuracy: Ensure data accuracy by cross-referencing invoices to prevent errors in billing.
- Invoice Generation: Prepare and distribute invoices to clients in accordance with established billing schedules and terms.
- Customer Communication: Communicate with customers to address any inquiries related to invoices, billing discrepancies, and payment terms, maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Payment Tracking: Monitor and track payment receipts, reconciling them with issued invoices and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Documentation: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of billing activities, customer interactions, and payment statuses.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports detailing billing activities, outstanding balances, and payment trends for management review.
- Compliance: Stay informed about relevant industry regulations and ensure compliance with billing and accounting standards.
- Education: High School diploma required, Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 1 years of experience in billing, accounts payable, or related finance roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using billing and accounting software is essential.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a strong ability to spot discrepancies and errors in data and documentation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal teams and external clients professionally and effectively.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve billing issues and recommend process improvements.
