The HRBP serves as a strategic partner to leadership, driving organizational success by managing employee and labor relations. This role ensures a positive work environment, compliance with labor laws, and alignment of HR practices with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, including employee handbooks and labor agreements.
- Manage union relations, grievances, and contract interpretations.
- Advise leadership on employee discipline, policies, and grievance procedures.
- Oversee termination processes, exit interviews, and compliance with final check requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR software data.
- Manage FMLA and other leave-related compliance.
- Investigate and resolve workplace concerns, fostering open communication.
- Support the Plant HR Manager in employee relations and training initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (Master’s preferred).
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is a plus.
- 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment (labor relations preferred).
- Strong communication, project management, and compliance knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
- Bilingual skills preferred.

- Schedule flexibility as needed.
Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
