Position Overview:
The Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Management:
- Develop and oversee project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Establish project objectives, deliverables, and performance criteria.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
2. Team Coordination:
- Lead and coordinate on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Assign responsibilities and ensure accountability across team members.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
3. Budget and Cost Control:
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met.
- Review and approve invoices, change orders, and payment applications.
- Monitor resource allocation and cost efficiency.
4. Quality Assurance:
- Ensure construction activities meet quality standards and project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and address any deficiencies.
- Manage compliance with building codes, permits, and safety regulations.
5. Communication and Reporting:
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
