Let us introduce ourselves! We are a metaphysical store here in Wilmington that has provided a place of healing, learning, and positive energy for quite sometime. Over the past two years we have strived to build a team of like-minded individuals who value harmony, non-judgement, compassion and personal development. In store, we hope to help anyone who visits, by creating a positive experience in their lives and have them leave feeling more optimistic or motivated to work with the tools and knowledge they've just received! We strongly believe in the ongoing betterment of the general publics mental health and self awareness through personal practices and community support. As a team and as individuals we will continue to work towards becoming the best, most authentic, versions of ourselves!

We do offer quite a wide selection of tools as well as a team of knowledgable practitioners and healers that help guide people along their journey, no matter their spiritual path.

We are growing and adding to the team! So are in need of one part time sales person to work mornings or evenings, weekdays, weekends and occasional shift covers. This position is for 3-4 days per week, 6-8 hour shifts, with potential to be more. The opportunity to expand hours is based on company growth and the performance of the individual.

Retail sales experience is required along with, positive energy, strong organizational skills, creativity, and emotional intelligence. You must be outgoing, responsible, detail oriented, reliable, have excellent communication skills, strong multi-tasking skills, ability to handle a busy environment, demonstrate flexibility or adaptability, strong customer service skills, and a willingness to work with individuals from all walks of life. You must also have the ability to think quickly on your feet, take initiative with tasks, work as part of a team, be calm under pressure, and provide ideal solutions to the needs of our customers.

Knowledge and interest in spiritual and metaphysical products and services is desired as well as a willingness to learn and grow. You must also be physically able to be on your feet for long periods of the time and do some moderate lifting.
