Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Hours available are part time and/or full time. (10-12 hour or 30-36 hours per week) In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers with their purchases, handle transactions, and maintain a welcoming environment. A successful candidate will have a passion to deliver outstanding service.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
- Utilize basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and inventory management.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Uphold store policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in transactions.
- Basic math skills for processing sales accurately.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
Pay is based Upon experience. We pay parking. Knowledge of crystals and our products is desired but not mandatory.
