Mystic Stamp, America’s Leading Stamp Dealer, is seeking a hands-on HR Manager; a professionalto lead and carry out all phases of the company's human resource activities. This position is a member of our Senior Management Team, reporting to the President of the Company.
The HR Manager leads and directs core functions of the HR Department, including benefits, leave management, recruitment strategies, on-boarding, performance management, and the implementation of company policies and practices.
Mystic was founded in 1923 and has only had two owners, until 2017 when we became employee owned This was a tremendous benefit for our 100 highly valued employees. We are a direct marketing company selling postage stamps and coins to collectors.
Requirements include Bachelor's degree and three (3) to five (5) years of Human Resources experience, or Master' degree in Human Resources Management and two (2) years of experience in the HR field.
HRCI and/or SHRM Certification is required or can be attained within one year of hire.
