Position Available: Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities
· Renting Storage Units
· Offer excellent customer service by identifying the storage needs and providing customers with solutions
· Meet or exceed monthly rental and income goals through unit rental, sale of tenant protection plan, and retail sales
· Resolves customer problems in a timely manner
· Ensure tenant accounts remain current through established collection procedures
· Daily prepare bank deposits; verify accuracy of petty cash funds
· Maintain accurate merchandise inventory (boxes, locks, tape, etc.)
· Performs light property maintenance/upkeep to maintain highest standard of cleanliness and appearance
Qualifications
· Strong customer service skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, Basic computer skills including Microsoft office
· Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
