Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, identifying how Microsoft 365 solutions can address their challenges.
- Design and deliver solutions that enhance communication, collaboration, and security using the Microsoft 365 suite.
- Educate clients on Microsoft 365 features, updates, and licensing options to ensure they fully leverage the platform.
- Provide hands-on guidance to implement and integrate Microsoft 365 tools into clients' workflows effectively.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them adopt best practices and maximize ROI on their technology investments.
- Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities for consulting engagements and enhance client interactions.
- Act as a champion for internal adoption of Microsoft 365 solutions, piloting features to demonstrate their value for both Mytech and our clients.
- Stay up-to-date on new Microsoft 365 features and advancements, ensuring Mytech remains a leader in delivering innovative solutions.
- Proven experience in consulting or implementing Microsoft 365 solutions for businesses.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and security/compliance features.
- Ability to connect business needs with technology solutions and explain complex concepts clearly to clients.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- A passion for learning and staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
