Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and driven Physician Recruiter to join our growing team. In this dual-role position, you’ll recruit qualified clinicians/providers and support the administrative needs of our Network Administrator. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excels at communication and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic clinician recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for clinical roles
- Manage all aspects of the onboarding process, serving as the primary point of contact for new hires
- Submit and track credentialing applications and required documentation
- Prepare and assist in delivering onboarding and training materials
- Ensure providers are fully equipped and supported to begin their role successfully
- Monitor onboarding progress and escalate issues to meet deadlines
- Coordinate recruitment activities and communicate regularly with the Network Administrator
- Track and report license and DEA expiration dates, and send timely renewal reminders
- Organize monthly birthday acknowledgments and engagement messages for the provider network
- Support internal audits and assist with identifying documentation discrepancies
- Maintain re-credentialing documentation and compliance records
- Proven experience in clinician or provider recruitment
- Strong understanding of healthcare recruitment and credentialing practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
