Location : Burbank, CaliforniaStart : February - May, 2025Type : Part-time (2 days / week)Overview : Mythical is currently seeking an intern to assist the Design department. Throughout the course of this program, interns will be involved in multiple facets of Mythical Entertainment, with a focus on graphic design. Interns will gain hands-on experience while working closely with our cross-disciplinary Design Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in Digital Content and be pursuing (or recently graduated with) an undergraduate degree in a related field. This is a paid internship and will take place in our studio 2 days a week.Responsibilities : Work with our Video Graphics designers and assist them in the ideation and execution of graphic needs for our video content Design and composite assets in PhotoshopDesign compelling thumbnails for digital platforms in the Mythical voiceSource, organize, and label graphics assets & projectsWork with our Merch & Marketing designers and assist them in the ideation and execution of graphic needs for our e-commerce offerings Contribute to the design of merchandise, marketing materials, and brand assetsEdit and composite photo assets in PhotoshopAssist with e-commerce trend and image researchDesign presentations and decks and participate in design meetingsMaintain, organize, and archive brand assets, design templates, and asset librariesRequirements : Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited universityRising Junior and aboveStrong interest in Design, Video Production, or related creative fieldSome experience in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Google SuiteExcellent written and oral communication and strong interpersonal skillsWhat you'll walk away with : Hands-on experience in various design tasks.Practical knowledge of the intricacies of creative workflow.Ability to utilize the Adobe Suite effectively.Effectively manage multiple projects while maintaining organization and attention to detail.How to work with a team from brainstorm to project release.Positive working relationships with experienced professionals.The guidance and mentorship of seasoned design colleagues.
