We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Analyst specializing in Talent & Compensation for our rapidly growing Oracle Software as a Service (SaaS) practice. In this role, you will support and enhance Oracle Cloud HCM applications. You will be responsible for configuring, testing, and optimizing Oracle Talent Management and Compensation to meet evolving business needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation teams to understand requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Perform functional unit testing, regression testing, and support SIT/UAT.
- Provide expertise in Goal Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Compensation Planning, and Talent Profiles.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
- Document configurations, test scripts, and issue resolutions for future reference and training.
- Stay updated on Oracle Cloud releases and assess potential impacts on Talent & Compensation modules.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration with Core HR and other Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
- US Citizen or Greencard Holder
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field preferred and/or equivalent experience.
- 8 years of work experience.
- 3 years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Oracle Cloud Talent Management and Compensation.
- Strong understanding of Compensation Cycles, Workforce Compensation, Talent Profiles, Performance Management, and Career Development.
- Experience in functional unit testing, SIT, and UAT.
- Familiarity with Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Journeys, and Oracle ME configurations is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to effectively communicate with HR, Talent, and Compensation teams, as well as technical teams.
