Role: Inventory Specialist
Location: Medina, OH
Duration: 12 Months on W2
Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder
Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage inventory of construction materials such as splitters, vaults, markers, and other telecom-related parts.
- Accurately label and organize inventory across contractor sites.
- Perform inventory audits, verify stock details, and check unit identification numbers.
- Unpackage, sort, and stage materials for deployment.
- Receive shipments using RF handheld devices and update inventory records.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and support inventory control procedures.
- Maintain clean, organized, and accessible inventory areas.
- Support additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Prior experience in inventory management or logistics.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in outdoor environments.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
- Flexible with work schedule as needed.
- Proficient in using computers; Excel skills are a plus.
