The recruitment team at Myticas Consulting is looking to hire a Python / Django developer for a 1 year long contract opportunity.
We need someone with expertise writing backend RESTFUL APIs in Django with experience in automated testing.
We are looking for people who have done enterprise-scale software development in Django.
It is preferred to we also have someone who has developed, run, managed, and deployed containers with Podman.
REQUIRED:
Significant experience developing enterprise applications in Python (version 3.6 ). Resumes of people who's only Python experience is scripts of a few hundred lines will not be considered
- Expertise with the Django web framework, ie...version 3.2
- Experience with SQL database architecture and development, in particular MySQL.
- Experience in writing automated tests, ie...Cypress preferred and doing root cause analysis of our test failures.
- Expertise with software life cycle development and using software engineering principles.
- Demonstrates excellent understanding of: Source code control (GitLab preferred) and Software testing (Cypress preferred)
- Must be authorized to work in USA without sponsorship
