Title: Cisco Network Engineer I
Location: Hybrid. On-site responsibilities for 2 days a week in the Pittsburgh, PA Area.
Type: W2 Contract
Duration: 6 months
Pay: $30-35 per hour

Required Experience:
- Required - 5 years of Cisco Network Engineering or Administration experience. Experience deploying, troubleshooting, and supporting Cisco routing, switching and wireless.
- Required - Knowledge and experience with Cisco router, switch, wireless, and firewall devices.
- Preferred - Experience with Fortinet Firewalls.
- Preferred - CCNA and/or CCNP certifications.
- Preferred - Experience with F5 LTM’s.
Job Responsibilities:
- Installation and configuration:
- Setting up and configuring Cisco routers, switches, and other network devices according to network design specifications.
- Network maintenance:
- Monitoring network performance, identifying and resolving network issues, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshooting:
- Diagnosing and resolving network connectivity problems, including issues related to routing, switching, and VLANs.
- Network documentation:
- Creating and updating network diagrams, documentation, and configuration files for easy reference and troubleshooting.
- Security management:
- Implementing basic network security measures and configurations on Cisco devices.
- IP addressing:
- Assigning and managing IP addresses across the network.
