Position: Executive Assistant
Location & Work Arrangement

- Schedule: Hybrid (minimum 2 days onsite, typically Tuesdays and Thursdays)

Position Overview The Executive Assistant role provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, managing complex operational tasks and enhancing organizational efficiency. This position requires sophisticated schedule management, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to handle confidential information while maintaining exceptional customer service in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for 2-3 senior executives
- Manage complex executive calendars and schedule internal and client meetings
- Create and process purchase orders as needed
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Reconcile business travel expenses according to company policies
- Prepare and edit professional correspondence, presentations, and reports
- Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
- Coordinate special projects, townhall meetings, and organizational events
- Support Administrative Services Team with departmental projects
- Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by management
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 5-8 years of administrative support experience, preferably in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Demonstrated experience in calendar management and meeting coordination
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Office Suite expertise
- Experience with expense reporting systems (preferred)
- Knowledge of travel booking platforms (preferred)
- Proficiency in business communication tools
