Top Skills & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., biology, chemistry, or related field).
- Hands-on experience with robotic liquid handlers from Hamilton, TECAN, Agilent Technologies, or Beckman Coulter.
- Prior experience in compound management is preferred.
- Ability to remain upright and stationary and/or stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Comfortable working in non-traditional laboratory environments.
- Proficiency in using and learning standard office equipment and technology.
- Willingness to work in laboratory environments with potential exposure to hazardous materials (Personal Protective Equipment [PPE] required).

- Develop and optimize automation protocols to support research scientists' needs.
- Perform routine maintenance on laboratory instrumentation, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to minimize downtime.
- Write and update automation workflow protocols using robotic-specific software for laboratory instruments (e.g., TECAN, Beckman Coulter, Agilent Technologies, SPT).
- Draft, edit, and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for automated platforms and sample delivery processes.
- Accurately document and enter all relevant data to support research activities.
- Analyze results, identify anomalies or unexpected outcomes, and implement corrective actions as needed.
