- Automation in QA: Develop and implement automated testing frameworks to optimize the quality assurance process, ensuring comprehensive test coverage while minimizing manual testing efforts. Focus on creating automated scripts to detect issues early and prevent future problems.
- Defect Resolution: Address and resolve software defects to ensure high-quality code that meets both functional and non-functional requirements. Collaborate with the development team to identify root causes and implement solutions to reduce defects.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Design and execute detailed testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing using frameworks such as XUnit and NUnit. Ensure the reliability and quality of both web and mobile applications.
- Code Quality and Standards: Enforce coding standards and best practices. Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers on maintaining quality, efficiency, and code maintainability.
- Scalability and Performance Optimization: Work with the development team to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, contributing to overall system performance and scalability improvements.
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Provide technical support for escalated issues. Diagnose and debug software defects, ensuring minimal impact on the product and customer experience.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, client success, and UX/UI designers. Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Development: Actively participate in Agile development practices, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, and contribute to continuous improvement in development processes.
Experience:
- C#, ASP.NET MVC, and SQL, with experience optimizing through Entity Framework.
- Front-end development in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and DevOps, including the deployment, configuration, and management of cloud-based applications.
- Knowledge or experience with backend API development.
